Abstract
The central issue of this research is how far the utilization rates of Warmasif located at Makassar Post Office II? Research subjects are individuals who use the internet at Warmasif. Descriptive research method is used along with quantitative approach and surveys. Data is collected by questionnaires and in-depth interviews and also non-parcipatory observation. The results showed that Warmasif is used as a place to access services such as internet cafe. Respondents intend to visit Warmasif to communicate via social networking (Facebook, Twitter). Based on the calculation of percentages, the utilization rate of Warmasif reach 56.32%. In order to increase the utilization, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology is expected to extend the website domain at www.warmasif.co.id. and update the computer devices. Post Office and the Office of Communications and Information Technology Makassar need to disseminate the Warmasif to stakeholders and the public.
