Abstract

This paper, patch antenna array printed for 28 GHz communication connection. The mimo antenna consists of eight elements with rectangular patches and uniform distributions. The total dimension of the substrate (W × L) is 8 mm × 8mm and its thickness is 0.254mm, with operating frequency at 28 GHz which includes 5G applications in the future. The proposed antenna provides a wide bandwidth, directional radiation pattern and high gain. Antenna is constructed using RT / duroid substrate 5880. Antenna is made using cutting method on each patch and this technique is more efficient to get the desired characterization.
