The method used is to analyze the composition of household waste by taking samples for eight consecutive days. Meanwhile, to calculate the potential for recycling waste using equation (1). Recommendations for efforts to improve waste management are made based on the results of the analysis of the composition and potential of waste recycling. The result is that the composition of Mataram City waste consists of 13 components of waste and is dominated by organic waste by 64% and in the second place there are other components of waste by 9%.
