Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to study a common fixed point theorem for two maps in partial metric spaces. Methods: To prove Cauchy sequence, we used Ψ−Φ contractive method and obtain common fixed points. Results: We obtained a common fixed point result and illustrated with one example. Conclusions: It is concluded from the present study that one can generalize some results from metric spaces to partial metric spaces.
