La implementación de un sistema automatizado reduce los tiempos de atención en los procesos aplicables a la ventanilla única de turismo en la Municipalidad Provincial del Callao

Abstract

The objective of this study is present the guidelines to develop the implementation of an Automated System in order to reduce service times in the processes applicable to the Single Window of Tourism in the Provincial Municipality of Callao, based on the development of Management by Processes. It presents the steps to follow to achieve the implementation of an Automated System and the example is shown in which it was possible to verify that said implementation reduces the attention times in the Provincial Municipality of Callao. With the implementation of an Automated System everyone wins: first, the workers, since they will be able to carry out their tasks in the shortest time and minimize unforced errors; secondly, the Municipality, since it will offer automated and simplified services, and finally the clients, because the costs of administrative procedures will be reduced and because there is a new approach to modernize Public Entities.Este estudio tiene como objetivo presentar las directrices para desarrollar la implementación de un Sistema Automatizado con el fin de reducir los tiempos de atención en los procesos aplicables a la Ventanilla Única de Turismo en la Municipalidad Provincial del Callao, basado en el desarrollo de la Gestión por Procesos. Se presenta los pasos a seguir para lograr la implementación de un Sistema Automatizado y se muestra el ejemplo en el cual se logró comprobar que dicha implementación reduce los tiempos de atención en la Municipalidad Provincial del Callao. Con la implementación de un Sistema Automatizado todos ganan: en primer lugar, los trabajadores, ya que podrán realizar sus labores en un menor tiempo y minimizar los errores no forzados; en segundo lugar, la Municipalidad, ya que ofrecerá servicios automatizados y simplificados; y por último los clientes, ya que se reducirán los costos de los trámites administrativos y porque existe un nuevo enfoque de modernización de las Entidades Públicas.
