Abstract

Companies don’t want to be indebted because of what their employees give to them : The beauty of collective skills and commitment. Though, they refuse to celebrate, to acknowledge that gift. But a careful analysis of exchanges shows that they don’t always resist to the appeal of those goods. Then, they are led to “ takeâ€? this beauty, but without showing neither their debt nor their gratitude, as if this good which has been given didn’t seem like a gift. Copyright 2010 La Découverte.
