Abstract

This study aims to identify and evaluate accurately the measurement process of Supply Chain Management of port operators in Tanjung priok jakarta. The target of this research is several sea transportation companies, especially loading and unloading companies in Jakarta. Loading and unloading companies with experience in these ports will later be able to help direct students in the Independent Campus Self-Learning process in Indonesia through an internship program. The main problem in the delayed loading and unloading process is the loading and unloading workers, especially at the Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis with the SCOR method through five measurement processes, namely Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return. The loading and unloading conditions at three major ports in Indonesia are the benchmarks in this research. The research sample consisted of several company leaders in the transportation and logistics industry as informants from the port authority Regional Tanjung Priok Port Branch Jakarta, the findings of this study were to determine the Dwelling Time related to the desired Container Yard at the port as a temporary warehouse for loading and unloading companies and management of loading and unloading workers at ports that must be considered.
