But then aroused inconsistency through humanrights enforcement and here the author introduce some principal problemson the many cases violation and specificly in what have happened overchildren and women until recent times. Here the author suggested to newparadigm to oversee children and women as victim of human rights violencein inclusive and comperehensive approaches.
