Abstract
Two crystalline metabolites (2, 3) of cyclophosphamide (1) were isolated from rabbit urine. The structures of 2 and 3 were determined from their physicochemical data, and confirmed by synthesis. The positions of 2 and 3 in the metabolic pathway of 1 in living animals were discussed briefly. © 1972, The Pharmaceutical Society of Japan. All rights reserved.
