Abstract

An adult female Amami rabbit (Pentalagus furnessi) with vestibular disorder was rescued in March 2010 and died six days after rescue. Pathological examination revealed chronic suppurative otitis media/interna in the right ear, and it was considered to be a cause of vestibular disorder.
