Abstract

This paper critically addresses the one-dimensional that has featured the regulation of the employment relationship that public employees hold with the State. It also claims the value of the labor source for such effect and from this point, it suggests a critical view of the system of sources in the scope of the civil service. Besides, it intends to show that the legal dimension of the said source cannot be unknown by the corresponding legal operators. (English) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
