Abstract

A 17 years old girl came to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital in Skin and VD dept. with the complaints of a hard, tender swelling on the medial aspect of her forearm, skin over the face with nasolabial fold taut and polymenorrhoea. On Examination skin found on the face hide bound and aged and sclerodermoid change. Axillary and pubic hair found absent. Hypotrichosis on scalp, pendulous left breast. Growth is retarded. All relevant investigation including histopathology were done and diagnosed as a case of Werner's syndrome or adult progeria.
