Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of discipline character education in the process of formal learning and extracurricular activities in the Scouts (Pramuka) and its impact on shaping students' characters. The research methodology employed a systematic literature review approach, encompassing data retrieval from various relevant sources. Data collection techniques involved the analysis of journal articles, books, research reports, and other pertinent sources. Qualitative data analysis was conducted to identify major patterns and synthesize key findings from the relevant sources. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of discipline character education in Pramuka makes a positive contribution to the formation of students' character, including enhancing their sense of responsibility, cooperation, and integrity. Within the school context, character education integrated well into the formal curriculum positively influences students' discipline. Furthermore, Pramuka, as an extracurricular activity, aids students in internalizing discipline values through direct experiences and social interactions.
