Abstract

This case study is to report the observation that clinically diagnosed radiation pneumonitis (geometrically conforming to the radiation treatment volume) occurred at a sub-threshold radiation dose in a patient with a previous history of pathologically diagnosed bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonitis.
