Reconstruction of Engineering Education Talent Training Model under the Background of Professional Certification

Abstract

To carry out the professional certification of engineering education is of great significance for promoting the reform of engineering education, constructing the quality monitoring system of engineering education in China and improve the quality of engineering education, closing the relationship between engineering education and industry, improving the industrial adaptability of engineering education personnel training, establishing the professional certification system of engineering education linked with the registered engineer system, promoting the international exchange of engineering education and achieving international mutual recognition etc. Starting from the basic requirements of professional certification for engineering education, the inadaptability between the existing engineering education system and the new economy, new technology, new format, new industry and new mode is analyzed, the idea of adjusting the personnel training program with professional certification as the starting point is put forward, the problem of output orientation and the cultivation of students' ability to solve complex problems is discussed, and the idea of engineering education reform is given.
