Abstract

The clinical application of cyclosporine A (CsA) as an immunosuppressive agent is limited by its organ toxicity. We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of α-lipoic acid against CsA-induced hepatotoxicity and to delineate the underlying molecular mechanisms.
