Abstract

A case of successful treatment of child craniopharyngioma is reported. The tumor was totally removed seven years ago and the patient's height became normalized by human growth hormone (HGH) therapy lasting for 2 1/2 years. Completed development of his sexual characteristics and induction of spermatogenesis resulted from a combination therapy with human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) and human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG). © 1985, The Japan Neurosurgical Society.
