Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the importance of achieving technical skills as industry demands and fulfillment of the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI). Observations have made to 50 students during practicum activities. The instrument used in this study was the assessment instrument in the subject area of expertise integrated with the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI). The aspect of achieving technical skills consisting of 8 indicators shows that students have been able to demonstrate technical skills with a high score based on KKNI. This achievement indicates that students as prospective workers are ready to meet industry demands on aspects of technical expertise.
