Abstract

This paper has the purpose of proposing a Brazilian research agenda about the psychology of legal deliberation and it is justified by a low quantity of empirical investigations in Brazil. Considering the peculiarities of the Brazilian juridical processes we argument for the necessity of creating a national line of scientific investigation about the field. The aim is to produce theory about social psychology of Brazilian legal deliberation processes. We suggest six agenda themes to be investigated in the Brazilian context.
