Abstract
A case of chronic simple liquen (Vidal's Liquen) compromising the left vulvar area is presented. A lack of response to several topical previous treatments motivated vulvar biopsy that confirmed the diagnosis. The relationship with anxiety and/or depression is stressed. The treatment with antihistaminics and potent topical steroids yielded good results.
