Abstract

Chordoid glioma is a recently described and rare brain tumor located in the third ventricular region, with distinctive histological, immunohistochemical and ultrastructural features. The present report describes a case of chordoid glioma of the third ventricle in a 59-year-old female patient. © Colégio Brasileiro de Radiologia e Diagnóstico por Imagem.
