Abstract

This study discusses the issue of improving the quality of counseling services for students by relying on digital applications following the direction of implementing the independent curriculum and considering the efficiency and innovation of services, especially when a pandemic hits Indonesian schools. The applications were used, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and several other applications used for consulting services to make breakthroughs that have been consulting regularly. This research finding is helpful for the smooth implementation of similar studies in the future. In addition, this study was done in a qualitative design and under a phenomenological approach.
