Abstract

We report on an effort to ease authoring of XML-based knowledge sources for interactive Virtual Reality (VR) environments by generating them semi-automatically from a common ontology. The generation process is done using XSL Transformations. The automatic generation of knowledge sources ensures consistency and completeness of the modeled entities, by avoiding typical errors that result from handcrafting knowledge sources for big domains.
