Abstract
This study aims to firstly analyze clerical errors in court decisions that have permanent legal force and secondly analyze related legal remedies for clerical errors in court decisions that have permanent legal force. This research is a doctrinal research with a statute approach, a conceptual approach, and a case approach. The results of this study are that first, a clerical error in a court decision that has permanent legal force is an error that is minor in nature or in the form of an accident and is not related to the substance of the judge’s legal considerations and this error can be corrected by the court, even after the judge makes a decision. . Second, legal remedies that can be filed against typos in decisions that have legal force consist of various kinds, but generally the right one is through an application. It is based on nature, complexity, time, cost, and evidentiary.
