Abstract

A rapid annealing technique for CH 3 NH 3 PbI 3 perovskite solar cells is presented. We report a co-deposited Al 2 O 3 -perovskite device annealed in under 2.5 seconds with a PCE of 10.0% compared to 10.9% for a 45 minute oven-annealed device.
