Abstract
This article, based on intervention research conducted with mobile teams of Geriatrics, presents a constructivist methodology to develop a Balanced Scorecard for strategic control of these organizations. The hospital setting and the unusual nature of these teams, in search of legitimacy within the hospital, justify this non-prescriptive approach to deploy a strategic tool of control.
