Abstract

The author reflects on the cultural shift in the U.S. He explains the consumerism as a cultural paradigm where people find meaning, contentment, and acceptance through what they consume. An overview of consumerism in the country between 1945 and 1960 on the liberalization of credit. The author concludes that through interconnected innovators their will be a new cultural paradigm that will allow humanity to live better lives.
