Analisis Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Pupuk Kapur Pertanian Dengan Menggunakan Metode Material Requirement Planning Pada PT. Galatta Lestarindo Di Kecamatan Pancur Batu

Abstract

PT. Galatta Lestarindo is one of the industrial companies that process agricultural lime fertilizer (calcium carbonate) with limestone as raw material. The purpose of this research is to analyze the raw material inventory control system used by using the MRP (Material Requirement Planning) method in the fertilizer industry of PT. Gallata Lestarindo. The analytical method used is MRP (Material Requirements Planning) analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the EOQ technique is able to save inventory costs of Rp. 348,314,000 (26.7%) compared to the inventory method carried out by the company in 2020. It can be concluded that this MRP method can be used and applied by companies in planning and controlling on the inventory of raw materials used to obtain efficient inventory costs.
