Abstract

This study aims to: (1) The Correlation between Motivation with Grade Point of Student Worker. (2) The Correlation between Learning Style with Grade Point of Student Worker. (3) The Correlation between Motivation and Learning Style with Grade Point of Student Worker. The type of this research is correlational. Population is student Worker in Mathematics Education of Departement Grade 4th Training and Education Faculty, University of Riau Kepulauan Riau Batam year 2016/2017. The samples use saturated sampling technique which is 31 student worker. The instruments use closed questionnaire. The Validity test uses Pearson/Product moment and Realibility Test uses Alpha Cronbach. The results showed that: (1) Has a correlation between the motivation with grade point of student worker with correlation value is 0,514 (2) Has a correlation between the motivation with grade point of student worker with correlation value is 0,489 (3) Has a correlation between the motivation with grade point of student worker with correlation value is 0,532.
