Abstract

Objective  To analyse the cosmetic and functional outcome of correction of cubitus varus deformity in adolescents and adults by step cut translation osteotomy.  To analyse the amount of varus deformity correction obtained.  To analyse the amount of correction of Lateral condyle prominence obtained.  To analyse the post-operative arc of motion and the difference in the post-operative range of motion in comparison with the pre-operative range.  To analyse the associated complications, and  To come to a conclusion as to the efficacy of the procedure.
