Analisis Yuridis Pasal 27 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi Dan Transaksi Elektronik

Abstract

Electronic Information and Transaction and criminal liability of the offender according to article 27 (1). This article is normative legal research by using statute, analytical and case approach. The result show that the implementasion of this article in Police Resort of Mataram mostly based on wheter the crime fulfiled the elements on article 27 (1) and not based on the information from investigation and the evidences. The result also show that criminal liability of the offender can be given not only to the offender as a person but also offender as a corporation.
