Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Christian religious education teachers in building spiritual awareness for millennials and generation Z in the 5.0 era. In an era marked by rapid technological developments and shifting social values, the role of Christian Religious Education Teachers is becoming increasingly important in helping millennials and Generation Z understand and develop their spiritual dimension. This study uses a literature study by conducting a comprehensive literature review on this topic. The results of the study show that Christian Religious Education Teachers have a significant role in guiding the millennial and Z generations to build spiritual awareness. They provide relevant teaching, facilitate open discussion of spiritual values, and provide inspiring role models. In addition, Christian religious education teachers also use technology wisely to face the challenges and opportunities offered by the 5.0 era.
