Aspek Hukum Vandalisme Terhadap Kelompok Pelajar di Provinsi Lampung

Abstract

Vandalism can occur in an area that is carried out impulsively by teenagers. It can be said that the activities are carried out without having a specific purpose, but merely showing the existence and marking of the power of an area by adolescents. Juvenile delinquency is increasingly troubling, especially with the freedom of expression that is not well controlled. This is a problem that must be faced together, and is a shared responsibility for both educational groups which include families, schools, and law enforcement groups as extension agents, namely the police, prosecutors, and the judiciary. The government as a policy maker starts from the stage of fostering, creating, and maintaining security, as well as public order. Juvenile delinquency that occurs should find the best solution so that it can be resolved or at least reduce the occurrence of similar things to reduce losses. Efforts that can be made are to solve problems in stages, professional treatment is absolutely necessary because systematic efforts and good continuity are needed to anticipate conditions that may arise in the future, and being aware of applicable laws, and behaving in accordance with the law is a basic effort for each individual.
