Abstract
This study was conducted from November 18 to December 20, 2019, with 62 students at D University to explore the effects of Flower therapy on the activity of theta, alpha, beta and gamma waves in the frontal lobe. The flower therapy program was conducted in three stages after selecting flowers of their preferred colors. The preparation stage was to look at the wall for 2 minutes, the work stage was to plant flowers for 5 minutes, and the appreciation stage was to look at the flowers they had placed for 3 minutes. Brainwave measurements were taken while attaching a 2-Channel Computerized EEG Measurement Analysis System (BTS-3000) and implementing the program. In the raw data, the total relative values of preparation, work, and appreciation sections were analyzed excluding delta waves that increase during sleep.
