This study was conducted to determine the correlation of academic supervision programs and learning programs in the industrial revolution era 4.0 to the professional competence of teachers, through a quantitative approach with survey research methods with the aim of providing an explanation of the phenomenon (explanatory research) and descriptive statistical data analysis. The source of the research data was obtained from collecting data on the distribution of questionnaires in the form of questionnaires to teachers in the SMA Swasta Kristen Bekasi. The results obtained from the study of the two-way significance value of each independent variable (X1 and X2) the value is 0.000 <0.05, the results of Pearson correlation analysis obtained a value of 0.732 for X1 and 0.806 for X2 with the degree of correlation in the strong category and simultaneous correlation analysis has a significant relationship (the value of Sig F change 0.000 <0.05) with the degree of independent correlation (variable X1 and variable X2) with the dependent variable (Y) in the very strong category (R value = 0.819). Academic supervision programs and learning programs in the RI 4.0 era are strongly correlated with the professional competence of teachers.
