Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and job stress on employee performance in a company. The research method used was a quantitative survey approach, with a population of 340 respondents and a sample of 184 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics Version 25 software. The results showed that work environment variables partially influence employee performance, as evidenced by a calculated t-value of 10.213 and a significance value of 0.000. Work stress also partially influences employee performance, as evidenced by a calculated t-value of 7.495 and a significance value of 0.000. The results of the simultaneous test showed a calculated F-value of 218.082, a significance value of 0.000, and a coefficient of determination of 70.7%. The remaining 29% was not included in this study.
