Abstract
The present study examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on talent management within disruptive organizations, its objectives include defining and applying AI in this field, analyzing its benefits and challenges, and assessing its current implementation. Additionally, ethical and practical challenges are identified, along with proposed strategies for their mitigation. The methodology employed consists of an exhaustive literature review and the analysis of case studies. The findings highlight significant improvements in organizational efficiency resulting from AI, while also emphasizing the importance of human intervention in assessing competencies and making strategic decisions. It is concluded that talent training and the establishment of ethical frameworks are essential to ensuring a responsible and transparent adoption of AI in talent management. The present study examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on talent management within disruptive organizations, its objectives include defining and applying AI in this field, analyzing its benefits and challenges, and assessing its current implementation.
