How lecturers prepare for learning as a form of adaptation to the online learning system and how lecturers conduct learning, manage online classes and evaluate learning are the focus of this research. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with 65 lecturers at private universities. Data analysis used descriptive statistics of quantitative data. The results of the analysis found four main themes, namely learning preparation, pedagogic abilities, classroom management and learning evaluation activities.
