Abstract

With the rapid increase of sales of new energy vehicles in China, electric vehicles begin to enter the homes of ordinary people. Like traditional diesel locomotives, electric vehicles will also face the problems of residual value assessment and recycling in the life cycle of products. Based on the traditional evaluation of used vehicles of internal combustion engines, combined with the unique factors of electric vehicles, this paper analyzed the substantial devaluation, functional devaluation and economic devaluation of electric vehicles, systematically sorted out the influencing factors of residual value of electric vehicles, and constructed the calculation model of residual value of electric vehicles by reset cost method and AHP analytic hierarchy process. At present, the scale of electric vehicle has not been formed in our country, the state has not yet promulgated the relevant evaluation criteria for second-hand electric vehicle, and the second-hand electric vehicle has not formed a market. Therefore, the calculation model deduced in this paper can not be verified by the market for the time being, but it has certain reference significance for the evaluation of second-hand electric vehicle.
