Abstract

Using a sample of 3×106 ψ(2S) decays recorded by the CLEO detector, we study three-body decays of the χc0, χc1, and χc2 produced in radiative decays of the ψ(2S). We consider the final states π+π-η, K+K-η, pp̄η, π+π-η′, K+K-π0, pp̄π0, π+K-KS0, and K+p̄Λ, measuring branching fractions or placing upper limits. For χc1→π+π-η, K+K-π0, and π+K-KS0 our observed samples are large enough to indicate the largest contributions to the substructure. © 2007 The American Physical Society.
