Abstract

Electronic voting is the product of the development of modern network technology, in view of the electronic voting system security issues. This paper puts forward a kind of electronic voting scheme based on ElGamal homomorphism encryption, the scheme using homomorphic encryption strategies to voters vote operations, to protect the identity of voters and will not be exposed, to realize the security of electronic voting, confidentiality, and fairness, eligibility, and implement the Internet security electronic voting.
