Uji Moderasi Pemberdayaan Psikologis pada Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Karyawan UKM Industri Makanan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with moderation of psychological empowerment in the food industry Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). The population in this study were all employees of the food industry SMEs including Pempek Ny. Kamto, Alive and Yamie Panda, Resto BPK Olakisat, and PT. UMB Boga UMY. Testing using moderated regression analysis. The findings have implications for SMEs managers to strengthen employee OCB through psychological empowerment. The absence of moderation in psychological empowerment provides an opportunity for further research.
