Abstract
Through the functional disassembly study of the pressurization system, vacuum and atmosphere control system, water cooling system and control system of the SPS spark plasma equipment, the problems in the actual production process and the corresponding improvements of the spark plasma sintering (SPS) equipment are also discussed. The shortcomings and its development directions are also proposed to provide sufficient data support for the subsequent research.
