Abstract
In order to guarantee that everyone, including those with special needs, has equal access to school, competitive inclusive education is essential. In light of this, educators have a critical role in creating an inclusive learning environment and equipping students to succeed in a world that is getting more complicated by the day. This article emphasizes instructors' critical roles in fostering supportive learning environments for all students by outlining their duties in determining and meeting the needs of individual students, adapting their teaching methods, and encouraging student collaboration. Competitive, inclusive education can become a reality for all students, ensuring that they have the confidence and abilities necessary to meet the difficulties of the modern world, by effectively involving instructors and promoting good change in the educational system.
