Abstract

− The development in the field of land transportation is currently experiencing a drastic increase. One of the developments that is being prioritized at this time is the electric car. In an electric car, the energy source needed is a battery. The battery is a very important component. The battery is able to store energy as a source of power for a device and this energy can be replenished when it runs out, so maintenance is needed to keep the battery in good condition. Battery performance in good condition is the main power source in an electric car. The better the battery performance, the better the performance of the electric car. The method of recharging the battery is the main thing in building an electrical vehicle system, so it is necessary to have a charging system that can charge the battery that is safe for the battery to maintain battery performance.
