Educational model constructivist to reduce the labor abandon at companies specialized of Parcoy

Abstract

RESUMEN El propósito de esta investigación es minimizar el abandono laboral de los trabajadores subterráneos, del Distrito de Parcoy Provincia de Pataz Región La Libertad. El 10% del personal que labora termina retirándose cada mes y se tiene que estar captando personal todos los meses del año, existiendo ausencia y presión en los trabajos de las áreas de operación mina. Se trabajó con una muestra de 120 trabajadores del área de operación mina, midiéndose el nivel de motivación, desempeño y satisfacción de la misma. Luego se midió el diagnostico institucional concerniente a las capacitaciones en operación mina, seguridad minera y recursos humanos con el propósito de saber cuál es el problema de rotación permanente en estas áreas a intervenir. Metodológicamente el trabajo de investigación se aborda desde las perspectivas analítica y descriptiva; la técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y la observación en el trabajo cotidiano subterráneo. El resultado con respecto a la motivación dio 45,37%, el desempeño dio favorable en un 71,81%, y en la satisfacción laboral un 25,67% faltando mucho que trabajar; y en el diagnostico institucional solo el 15% se capacita en seguridad.
