Abstract

This paper explores the application of feminist approaches in counselling psychology to empower women's mental health. By examining the existing literature, this article identifies the key principles and interventions of feminist counselling psychology and their impact on women's empowerment. The paper concludes with recommendations for integrating feminist perspectives into counselling practices to promote positive mental health outcomes for women.
