PERTIMBANGAN ESTETIK DALAM DESAIN PRODUK INDUSTRI

Abstract

AbstractEsthetic consideration plays a major role in product planning industry. Though this esthetic consideration, one product is supposed to have an impressive form. The more people are interested in one product, the more potential the product is purchased. The form itself does not stand alone but it must be connected to functional aspect. In other words, a product should be impressive and functional.AbstrakPertimbangan estetik sangat penting dalam perancangan produk industri. Lewat pertimbangan estetik, sebuah produk industri diharapkan bisa tampil dengan 'bentuk (form) yang menarik. Semakin banyak orang tertarik pada bentuk dari produk yang dibuat tentu akan semakin baik, artinya ada potensi bahwa produk tersebut akan banyak dibeli. Tentu saja aspek bentuk tidak berdiri sendiri, tetapi hams disinergikan dengan aspek 'fungsi' (function). Dengan kata lain, di samping menarik perhatian, sebuah produkjuga harus fungsional.
