EsteQuiz - A didactic game for stoichiometry teaching

Abstract

EsteQuiz is a free didactic game for Android platform, aiming to assist in the teaching and learning of Stoichiometry. The game was developed from data collected on difficulties presented by high school students when studying this content. Besides being a didactic strategy, the game goals to reduce these difficulties through the practice and problem solving in a playful way, integrating content and challenge in a digital platform, which is part of the student's daily life. The player also gets a conceptual map on the theme, which is being built stepwise after winning the proposed stages.
