Abstract
This report presents a case of left ventricular intramyocardial dissection masquerading as a ventricular pseudoaneurysm. Only serial echocardiograms could lead to the correct diagnosis, and left ventricular angiography could appropriately direct further testing and treatment. © 2006 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
